“In my opinion, this hotel is ideal for those attending events at the International Convention Centre with its direct access. The health spa and diverse dining options under the atrium also stand out as true advantages. However, some experiences reported indicate that the service quality does not consistently match the hotel's luxurious aspirations.”

Amazing time!

The breakfast choice was fabulous and very fresh. I really appreciated Craig at the door, he was always very friendly and welcomed me warmly. Nevin in the Regency bar ensured I had drinks and offered snacks. He told me about the foods and encouraged me to try them. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable with amazing views.
The air conditioning was quite noisy and not very efficient or adjustable. I think there's a cheap spring mattress under the top cover. I had back pain after one night's sleep.
